Shenandoah: send us your videos!

One of our favourite pieces on our new album – The Music of King’s – is James Erb’s stunning setting of Shenandoah.  It was originally written for the University of Richmond Choir in 1971 for the choir’s European tour. Shenandoah has been recorded by pop stars, featured in multiple Hollywood movies and performed by millions of singers all of the world.

As we’re getting ready for our tour to the USA at the end of March, we invite you to share your recordings of Shenandoah – just send us the video link and we’ll share some of our favourites across our social media. If it’s a YouTube video, we’ll add it to our Shenandoah playlist. Any arrangement, any choir – it’s up to you!

Our video is below, and you can also listen to the first ever recording of the Erb arrangement performed by the University of Richmond Choir under the baton of James Erb himself.
